This kickstart programme delivered over a 6-week period, with fortnightly seminars (can also be delivered as a webinar) covers a range of different health topics to educate employees about how to stay healthy.

Why drag yourself off to a slimming club when you can lose weight at work?  ​The Low-GL Eating Plan is an extremely successful way to lose weight and I have worked with hundreds of clients who would never look at another slimming club again.  The course is designed to support employees with their weight loss journey, which can have a major impact on their mental and physical wellbeing.

Drop-in clinics are the perfect complement to lunchtime talks and are the ideal way to start employees on their own personal health and wellness programme. As part of a corporate wellness package, I typically offer 30 minute sessions to motivate individuals to successfully integrate healthy eating into their busy lives and to understand the big impact it has on their health and performance.

​These bespoke sessions have proved very popular as participants receive advice that is totally relevant to them.  Follow-up sessions are recommended in order to keep employees accountable and motivated.

 

Remote Consultations

My 30-minute 1-1 Zoom consultations have been very popular during this lockdown period where people working from home have to adapt to a new routine.  Your employees receive personalised nutritional advice on how to integrate healthy eating into their new schedule, so they can maximise their health and performance, continuing to be an asset to your organisation.
