Why drag yourself off to a slimming club when you can lose weight at work?  ​The Low-GL Eating Plan is an extremely successful way to lose weight and I have worked with hundreds of clients who would never look at another slimming club again.  The course is designed to support employees with their weight loss journey, which can have a major impact on their mental and physical wellbeing.

My Nutrition & Wellness Days comprise a mix of talks and personalised consultations over the course of a day, offering your staff comprehensive and bespoke solutions to their health and wellbeing, helping them to achieve a better work/life balance.  

Typical structure of the day:

  • Day starts with my one of my talks e.g. POWER Eating or Healthy Approaches to Sustainable Weight Loss followed by a Q&A session with your staff  

  • 30-minute, 1-1 consultations are run throughout the day for those who want more personalised support. 

 

These days can be repeated periodically e.g. quarterly throughout the year to help staff integrate healthier lifestyle habits into their busy lives. ​ 

Throughout Lockdown, I have run many wellbeing coaching sessions including one with over 70 employees from a leading global consulting firm.

After the sessions, one employee commented “you've helped me see the positive side of lockdown, as I’ve had time to expand on the range of food I’ve been eating and focus more on my wellbeing”. 

Nutrition & Wellbeing Consultations

My personalised 30-minute nutrition & wellbeing consultations are designed to motivate your staff to successfully integrate healthy eating into their busy schedules to enhance their overall wellbeing. 

I work with your staff to address many areas of their overall health and wellness, within the context of my unique POWER Eating Plate.  Consultations cover issues such as:

 

  • Improve eating habits by constructing a simple meal plan 

  • Manage fatigue and boost energy 

  • Sleep better 

  • Manage weight 

  • Better work/life balance 

  • Start or change an exercise programme 

  • Decrease risk of disease 

 

Included in the package is a food diary review two weeks after the consultation.  At least one follow-up session is recommended to keep employees engaged and motivated.

​These bespoke virtual sessions via Zoom/MS Teams over lockdown have been extremely useful to employees working from home who need to adapt to a new routine.
