I really appreciate the plan that Linda gave to us. It was inspirational and I found it really helpful to get the daily updates and messages. The recipes were excellent and easy to follow and very tasty. I feel so much better than I did 4 weeks ago in myself as well as feeling lighter. I have had no cravings at all and have realised how much sugar has affected me over the past years. I think the plan has been great and Linda’s input particularly helpful.

I really enjoyed taking part in Linda’s excellent New Year, New You challenge. She supported us daily with education about healthy eating, tasty menus and positive and inspiring comments. She was very quick to respond to any queries we had and would always be very encouraging and positive. I feel healthier , more focussed and energetic than I did prior to the programme and have lost 4 pounds. I hope to take what I have learnt into the future. Happy to have lost 5lbs too.  A real plus is that it hasn’t been a problem adapting the programme for the whole family, I just cook the food we normally eat - meat, chicken, fish - but include lots more veg.
