Linda is an experienced Nutritionist, having graduated from the renowned Institute for Optimum Nutrition (ION) in 2008.
For 11 years she has run a successful practice, helping busy, time-poor people to regain their health and vitality through good nutrition.
Linda has also run Nutrition & Weight Loss groups, including online, as well as delivered numerous public talks, spreading the word about healthy eating wherever and whenever she can.
To help her achieve her mission to empower people to take control of their health through simple, healthy lifestyle measures, Linda wrote a book: No Caffeine Required: What to eat to energise your working day naturally. This features her unique POWER Eating Plan, that has helped hundreds of her clients put simple healthy eating principles into practice straight away.
She is now focussing on business: helping employers — from owner-managed companies with three employees to large corporate teams —achieve a healthy workforce through her educational seminars.
